Monterey Bay F.C. hosts doubleheader at Cardinale Stadium
SEASIDE, Calif. (KION) - For the first time in the 2024 campaign, Monterey Bay F.C. is hosting a doubleheader Saturday night at Cardinale Stadium featuring both the first and second teams in action.
In the early game, Monterey Bay F.C. 2 will face Academica SC. The match marks the defending NorCal Division Champions' second contest of the season.
In the late game, the first team will host Memphis 901 FC. It will be the second time these teams have met in the past three weeks. The Union won the last matchup, and are looking to repeat their success to snap a three-match losing streak.
The second team will kick off the doubleheader at 3:00 p.m. followed by the first team at 7:00 p.m.
