Driver arrested and passenger injured in Ben Lomond DUI crash

BEN LOMOND, Calif. (KION-TV)- The California Highway Patrol said one person was injured in a crash that took place in Ben Lomond on Wednesday afternoon.

Officers said the crash took place on Southbound Highway 9 in Ben Lomond.

Officers said that the driver from Boulder Creek was found to be impaired and was arrested on DUI charges. The passenger was injured in the crash and is expected to survive.

The crash is still under the investigation.
