Cal Fire BEU holds live burn training to prepare for fire season

SEASIDE, Calif. (KION-TV)- Friday was the last day of Cal Fire's 4th firefighter rehire training of the season.

Sixteen firefighters got a hands on experience fighting structure fires with a live burn. Beginning Monday these firefighters will be fighting real fires.
