PG&E warns of potential power shutoffs affecting thousands of Californians; Central Coast not affected

Approximately 39,000 customers are facing a potential power shutoff because of forecasted high winds. The Central Coast is not impacted.

Notifications have been sent to customers in some 16 counties throughout California. Gusty winds could potentially spark more wildfires.
