Caught on Camera: Broken fire hydrant spotted in Salinas

SALINAS, Calif. (KION) Video sent into the newsroom shows what appears to be a broken fire hydrant in Salinas Thursday afternoon.

The tall column of water appears to be on Davis Road near Westridge Shopping Center.
