Crews respond to Salinas attic fire Monday morning

SALINAS, Calif. (KION) The Salinas City Firefighters Association said crews responded to a 2-alarm fire in north Salinas Monday morning.

The fire was reported in an attic and firefighters were told that rescues may be necessary.

The association said everyone made it out safely and no injuries were reported. The fire is still under investigation.
