SALINAS, Calif. (KION) The SNIP mobile spay and neuter clinic made a stop in the Chinatown area of Salinas Monday.

The clinic serves Monterey County, and it says it has "snipped" more than 5,000 dogs and cats since it began in fall 2018.

The organization that runs the clinic said the services are low-cost, but prices depend on whether the clinic is sponsored.

The next stop will be at the Girl Scout Center in Castroville Tuesday. To make an appointment, call 925-967-1001.
