Northbound lanes of Highway 1 at Soquel Drive reopen

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (KION)

UPDATE 11/2/2020 2 p.m. The California Highway Patrol said all lanes of Highway 1 are now open.

PREVIOUS STORY: The California Highway Patrol said northbound lanes of Highway 1 are closed at Soquel Drive.

The CHP said officers are at the scene helping a person in crisis.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible.
