MONTEREY, Calif. (KION) Elections can be a stressful time, and sometimes you just need a break.

To help everyone find a few minutes to calm down, the Monterey Bay Aquarium posted an Open Sea MeditOcean.

The video, which shows turtles, rays and other animals swimming, includes a guided meditation.
