Vehicle found over cliff at Montara State Beach, crews search for occupants

SAN MATEO COUNTY, Calif. (KION) Firefighters are searching for any potential occupants of a vehicle found down a cliff at Montara State Beach.

Coastside firefighters with Cal Fire CZU rappelled down the cliff after the vehicle was found upside down.

Crews did not find a driver or passengers. The California Highway Patrol is now handling the investigation.
