SAN LORENZO VALLEY, Calif. (KION) The San Lorenzo Valley Water District said it will lift a Do Not Drink-Do Not Boil advisory in some areas Monday evening.

The agency estimated that it will be lifted for about 2,500 customers, and about 300 will still be left without water.

Those without water will mainly be in areas where fire caused heavy damage to pipes and water tanks, the district said.

Mapping of where the advisory will be lifted will be available later in the day when it is approved by the state. Until then, the advisory is still in effect.
