Therapy service to host support group for parents of children with special needs

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION) Stars Therapy Services announced that it will be hosting a virtual support group for parents of children with special needs.

The agency said parents can share the unique joys and challenges they face raising their children while gaining information, advice and coping strategies.

In addition to parents, there will be developmental specialists on the call, according to Stars Therapy Services.

The English language meetings will happen on Sept. 10 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and Spanish language meetings will happen on the same days from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
