Last Friday, Magallon went to the Greenfield testing site operated my Optum Labs to get a free coronavirus test. She was not feeling any symptoms, but just wanted to get checked for the health and well-being of herself and her immediate family.

The local health department was contacted to find out what happened with her test, but they suggesting contacting OPTUM Care.

Ellen Kennedy, OPTUM Care's Account Services Manager, says the specimen might have been damaged or leaked during the transit process.

She also included that there's a 1% chance of this happening and that Magallon was in that 1%
