Santa Cruz County’s Homeless Action Partnership launches new website

SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, Calif. (KION) The Homeless Action Partnership announced Monday that it has launched a new website to make resources and updates accessible.

The partnership includes the county and cities within the county, along with local homelessness service providers.

Some of what the site will include is weekly updates on the COVID-19 homeless response, past and current Point-in-Time counts, state and federal funding information, contact information for organizations assessing to match housing and services and volunteer and donation opportunities.

The county said the website also features success stories and e-news.
