11,000 landline customers without service in Seaside

SEASIDE, Calif. (KION) UPDATE: All customers have had their service restored.

The Monterey County Office of Emergency Services said 11,000 landline customers have lost service in Seaside.

The local AT&T distribution center is currently out of service.

The impacted prefixes include: 392, 393, 394, 583, and 899.

Cell phones can still be used to call 911 for emergency situations.

No word on when the center will be up and running again.
