Five juveniles arrested in connection to Seaside shooting on Trinity Ave

SEASIDE, Calif. (KION) UPDATE 1/30/20: Two additional suspects have been arrested in the shooting case. Both are identified as 16-year-olds.

Police say they are in the process of identifying others who may be involved.

Three 16 and 17 year old juvenile males were arrested in connection to a shooting on Trinity Avenue.

At around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to a report of a group of males seen shooting in the direction of an occupied home from the street in the 1100 block of Trinity. Police said at least one round hit the house, but nobody was injured.

The group ran from the scene south on Prospect Street, according to officers, but the teens were later arrested and are facing charges related to weapon possession and the shooting.
