CHP: Incident near Highway 101 and Blackie Road not a projectile

MONTEREY COUNTY, Calif. (KION) The CHP says an incident near Highway 101 and Blackie Road was not a projectile, despite circulating rumors.

Monday morning, the CHP received a report of what was thought to be a possible projectile incident, but Captain Foster said the incident is not related to the other cases and was likely a rock or something flung by another car.
