Part of San Benito Street closed after water main break
HOLLISTER, Calif. (KION)
UPDATE 11/19/2019 4:38 p.m. Crews are still working to fix a water main break on San Benito Street in Hollister.
The street is closed between Seventh and South streets, and the city said some residents and businesses have been without water since this morning.
The city expects to get a new piece and repair the pipe at around 7 p.m. and have the water back on at 8.
PREVIOUS STORY: The city of Hollister said residents should avoid San Benito Street between Seventh and South streets.
A water main broke in that area.
