Ruben Ortiz has been found, according to the Salinas Police Department.

ORIGINAL REPORT:

Salinas police are looking for a man with mild Down syndrome who was reported missing.

Police said 50-year-old Ruben Ortiz was last seen leaving his home at around 4:30 p.m. Thursday. He is described as being about 5 feet 3 inches tall and 230 pounds.
