Escaped murder suspects arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Monterey County Sheriff’s Office officials confirm both escaped murder suspects have been arrested by Customs and Border Protection.

There is no longer a threat to the public. The two are currently being transported back to Monterey County.

At this time, no other details are being provided.
