Crash halts traffic on Highway 101 in King City

UPDATE 9:00 p.m.: All lanes of northbound Highway 101 in King City are back open after a crash Tuesday night.

The California Highway Patrol is still investigating. No word on what caused the crash or any injuries.

PREVIOUS STORY:

Part of the northbound side of Highway 101 is shut down in King City after a crash.

According to the California Highway Patrol, It happened just before 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 22nd.

Witnesses told KION the crash is near the Jolon Road exit between the 282 and 283 off-ramps. WItnesses said part of the guard rail on the opposite side of the highway was damaged.

It’s still unclear what vehicles were involved or if there are any injuries.

CHP Officers are on scene.
