Officer saves skunk from plastic cup

Santa Cruz Police came to the rescue again, not for a human but for a skunk. They say the skunk, got his head stuck in a plastic cup.

Thankfully a courageous patrol officer with a rain coat came to the rescue. A good reminder for all to put trash where it belongs.
