BREAKING: Two more cars hit by projectiles on Highway 101
Two more cars have been hit by flying objects on Highway 101 in north Monterey County, CHP confirms with KION.
California Highway Patrol says that a Ford F-150 and a Ford Expedition had their driver side window hit. One of the cars was hit on westbound 156. The other was on Highway 101 near the Red Barn.
In both cases KION is told that glass shattered, but nothing pierced through the window. No injuries have been reported.
This is just the latest case were cars have been targeted by projectiles on that stretch of Highway 101. CHP says Friday’s incidents fit the profile of what they have been seeing in other cases.
This is a developing story.
