CHP investigating shooting involving PG&E vehicle in Colusa County

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a shooting on I-5 that involved a Pacific Gas and Electric vehicle Tuesday evening, according to KION’s sister station in Sacramento.

The CHP said the marked truck was driving southbound south of Lenahan Road when the passenger-side mirror shattered.

Investigators said the driver did not know what made the window shatter at first, but evidence showed that a bullet hit the window. The CHP said there was another vehicle near the truck at the time.

Investigators said there are limited details about the other vehicle, but the PG&E driver was not injured.
