CHP says UPS truck hit by projectile on Highway 101
Another vehicle was hit with a projectile on Highway 101 in Monterey County.
This time a UPS truck was hit while a man was driving. It happened north of Crazy Horse Canyon Road.
The driver was hurt by broken glass when the object hit. There have been similar reports of projectiles hitting cars near this area before.
“Its on our radar, at this time we can’t say whether its related to those incidents however, it’s very similar to the other ones, so we’re keeping our minds open when it comes to the investigation,” says CHP officials.
The CHP is asking drivers to report anything no matter how small, that might seem out of the ordinary, as it could be important to their investigation.
