Seaside officials announce ride share pickup and drop-off locations for Fourth of July event

Seaside fire and police announced ride share pickup and drop-off locations for the city’s Fourth of July celebration.

The pickup and drop-off locations will be on General Jim Moore Boulevard, south of Coe Avenue in the bus lane.

They say drivers picking up riders after 8:30 p.m. need to enter General Jim Moore Boulevard at San Pablo Avenue going northbound. Drivers will make a U-turn at Coe Avenue to pick up riders before continuing southbound.

The event starts at 4:30 p.m. at Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Course. There will be music, carnival rides, a petting zoo, food vendors and a fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. The event is expected to end around 10 p.m.
