Motorcyclist dies in crash on State Route 25 north of Hollister
A Hollister motorcyclist died at the scene of a crash Wednesday morning on State Route 25 near Shore Road.
At around 5:35 a.m., Richardpeter Holguin was riding a motorcycle northbound on SR 25 south of Shore road. Another driver was going southbound north of Shore Road in a Ford F-150.
The Ford was in the left turn lane of SR 25 when northbound traffic came to a stop. The motorcycle went into the right turn lane to pass the stopped cars. The Ford started to turn left onto Shore Road when Holguin entered the intersection.
The front of the motorcycle hit the right rear of the Ford. Holguin was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
