Calling it “a blank canvas,” the city of Soledad is asking for public input on the design of the city’s newest park.

The park will be located near the intersection of Metz Road and Orchard Lane.

Residents can also share their ideas in writing at communityoutreach@soledad.com. The deadline for written comments is Saturday, July 6.

Here are the time and locations of the meetings:

Wednesday, June 5 (4:30 p.m.) at Soledad City Hall – 248 Main Street, Soledad

Saturday, June 22 (9:30 a.m.) at Gallardo Park – corner of Andalucia Street and Metz Road, Soledad

Tuesday, July 2 (4:00 p.m.) at South County YMCA – 560 Walker Drive, Soledad

Monday, July 17 (6:30 p.m.) at Soledad City Hall – 248 Main Street, Soledad
