Salinas police looking for suspect in Ulta Beauty theft
Salinas police are looking for the suspect in a theft at the Ulta Beauty store at Northridge Mall.
They say he hid items on him after taking off the security tags. After that, he left the store and drove away in a red sem-truck with “Milgard” printed on the side.
