Earp plans on submitting statements from coworkers and patients of Burchard to the court. She also plans on attending every single day of the trial in Nevada.

According to LVMPD, officers found the body of Thomas Burchard in the trunk of a vehicle on March 7th on State Route 147, near mile marker 14.
