Salinas pot farm robbed at gunpoint, officials say
A marijuana cultivation facility was robbed at gunpoint in Salinas, officials say.
According to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office, four armed suspects held up security guards at Harkins Grow on Encinal Road in Salinas, and loaded dozens of mature marijuana plants onto a pickup truck and drove away.
The incident happened around 2:45 a.m. Thursday.
No injuries were reported.
