King City man arrested for lewd acts with a child
A King City man has been arrested following allegations of sexual assault.
Wednesday morning officers were called to a home on Meyer Street regarding a female saying she had been molested by a man known to her.
That man accused was identified as 36-year-old Luis Angel Acevedo.
The ensuing investigation revealed the victim had been sexually abused by Luis Acevedo with the last incident happening about 6 months ago at a home in King City.
Today, Acevedo was taken into custody without incident. Acevedo was transported and booked at the Monterey County Jail for lewd acts with a child.
