Salinas pharmacy to help unpaid employees buy family medications during shutdown

More people from the Central Coast are showing their true colors as they step in to help unpaid government employees during the shutdown.

Sherman’s Apothecary Pharmacy in Salinas is offering no-cost credit accounts to furloughed government employees at this time.

They will not be required to pay for their family’s prescriptions until their paychecks resume and no fees or interest will be charged during this time.

The owners say, “someone’s health shouldn’t be a victim during the shutdown.”
