Santa Cruz Police investigating threat at middle school

A message on a bathroom stall has led to an investigation by the Santa Cruz Police Department.

Officials say on Tuesday, a custodian at Mission Hill Middle School discovered a handwritten message on a bathroom stall containing a threat of violence.

To protect the integrity of the investigation; the department says the contents of the message will not be released.
