Disturbing video shows Salinas student being attacked by alleged bully
Newly released video shows a Salinas High School student brutally attacked by an alleged bully.
The parents of the victim said their daughter was attacked by a bully last week, and that the incident was captured on Snapchat.
The parents told KION the school tried to solve the issue with a “conflict resolution team” meeting but the bullying continued.
