Watsonville police officers rescue several people from a house fire
Watsonville police officers rescued several people from a house fire.
According to the Watsonville Police Department, around 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 11th, some of their officers responded to reports of a fire.
The officers didn’t have an exact address, but they followed the smoke to Ford Street where the found the home on fire.
Officers sprang into action and pulled four people from the burning home.
Other officers then started helping with traffic to clear the area for firefighters.
No one was hurt.
Watsonville firefighters were then able to quickly put the fire out.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
