Landscape goats stolen from Morgan Hill business

Thousands of dollars worth of goats were stolen from a farm in Morgan Hill.

Daniel Allen, the owner of Green Goat Landscapers said numerous livestock were taken from the area of Santa Teresa Blvd and Bailey sometime between Nov. 24 to Nov. 26.

On Nov. 28, a Green Goat Landscapers trailer was found abandoned on E. Main between Highway 101 and Butterfield.

“Our small family business uses these goats for fire prevention and weed abatement,” said Allen.

In the past, the goats have been used in the Santa Cruz, and Aptos area.

The goats are valued at $10,000 but Allen says they are pregnant and could be worth a lot more.

The business is offering a reward to anyone that can help locate the stolen animals.
