Seaside man killed in motorcycle crash
The California Highway Patrol says a Seaside resident was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle, Saturday evening.
Just after 5:30 p.m., William Hamilton, 28, was driving on SR-68 at an unknown speed, east of the Fremont street over crossing, CHP says, for an unknown reason, Hamilton lost control and crashed into the center divide.
Hamilton was transported to the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula with major life threatening injures. He died less than an hour later.
Alcohol or drugs are not believed to be factors in the crash.
