Woolsey fire doubles in size to 70,000 acres

The Woolsey fire in Southern California has doubled in size to 70,000 acres as it spreads toward the Pacific Ocean.

So far, it’s destroyed at least 150 homes and 250,000 people have been forced to evacuate.

Earlier today, it was announced that two people have died in the fire.

The fire is still at zero percent containment with 2,000 firefighters working to put it out.

Crews say it’s moving quickly as a result of Santa Ana winds and dry conditions.
