Ten people arrested after police operations in Salinas
Ten people were arrested after a crime sweep in Salinas.
According to Salinas Police, the Violence Suppression Unit Task Force along with several other agencies conducted arrest warrants and surveillance operations in Salinas and Monterey County.
Ten people were taken into custody including one suspect responsible for two armed robberies in Salinas on Sunday.
The operation is ongoing.
The Salinas Police Department said USMS, HSI, CHP, State Parole and Probation helped them during the operations.
The police department also wants to thank state and federal partners for their help.
