Three Hollister men arrested on gun charges
Hollister Police arrested three men for having loaded guns and guns without serial numbers among other weapon related charges.
Just before 12:30 a.m. Friday morning, police responded to a fight near Johnny’s Bar involving six to 10 people and possibly a gun.
When officers got there, several people ran and the one person who stayed did not cooperate.
Officers patrolling the area found five people hiding near Seventh Street and East Street with a loaded gun nearby.
The gun might have been fired during the fight.
Police arrested 26-year-old Ivan Cruz (in red shirt), 29-year-old Jason Gutierrez (in black shirt) and 25-year-old Salvador Vaca. All of the suspects are Hollister residents.
