Two people shot in Pajaro area outside Watsonville

At around 9:45 Saturday night, Monterey County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a shooting.

Two people were shot on Fremont Street near Salinas Road. That is in the Pajaro area outside Watsonville.

The two were shot by a third person who has not been found.

Medvac helicopters were called to the scene, and they were transported to the hospital.

Their condition is unknown.
