Greenfield man sentenced to prison for molesting family member
A Greenfield man has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for molesting a child.
According to the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office, 41-year-old Jorge Tinajero pleaded guilty to forcibly molesting his 16-year-old family member.
The 16-year-old victim asked the court to sentence Tinajero to a lifetime in prison to match the lifetime memory of horror she endured.
The judge ordered Tinajero to register for the rest of his life as a sex offender and to have no contact with the victim for ten years, the maximum term provided by law.
