Seaside man arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a child
A Seaside man is behind bars for allegedly sexually assaulting a child family member.
Andres Rubio was arrested by Salinas Police early Saturday morning for numerous counts of felony sexual assault.
Police say this went on for several years while the child was under 10 years old.
Rubio has been booked into the Monterey County Jail.
