Dog with rope tied around neck and road rash found in Morgan Hill
A dog found with a rope tied around its neck and severe road rash is now recovering.
According to Santa Clara County Animal Care and Control, someone found the dog on the side of Dougherty Avenue in Morgan Hill.
“We believe it was dragged from a vehicle, then left on the side of the road for several days until he was found by a concerned citizen,” said Santa Clara County Animal Care officials.
