Longtime Salinas Police Commander retiring

Salinas Police Commander Dave Crabill is retiring after 30 years of service.

Commander Crabill started his law enforcement career in King City before joining the Salinas Police Department in 1988.

His legacy with the department will continue with his son David Crabill Junior who is also a Salinas Police Officer.

KION and Telemundo 23 would like to wish Commander Crabill the best of luck in his future endeavors and a happy retirement. He was always a pleasure to work with and will be missed.
