3.5 magnitude earthquake strikes near Soledad

A 3.5 magnitude earthquake struck south Monterey County Tuesday.

According to the United States Geological Survey, the quake hit a little more than 7 miles south east of Pinnacles, California around 1 p.m. at a depth of 7 km.

People reported feeling the quake in Salinas, Soledad, Carmel, Paicines and even San Francisco.

No injuries or damages have been reported.
