Fatal car accident investigation in Aromas
The California Highway Patrol said a fatal car accident was reported near the intersection of Highway 101 and Cannon Road in Aromas at about 7:40 a.m. on Saturday.
Firefighters said they found two separate unrelated car accidents with a total of 3 cars involved.
One person is dead, according to CHP. That person received major injuries when their car landed on its roof and died at the scene.
The identity of the person has not been released.
Officials want to remind drivers to slow down during wet rainy days.
