Fire hydrant gushing water in Salinas
Crews are on the scene of a broken fire hydrant gushing water in Salinas.
It happened near the Costco at Westridge Parkway before 8 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Salinas Police, two cars swerved to avoid hitting each other and hit the hydrant.
No one was hurt.
Cal Water is working to shut it off.
