Man arrested for a series of child sex crimes out of Soledad
A man accused of child sex crimes out of Soledad is now behind bars.
According to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office, deputies spotted Ruben Aguilera at the Civil Courthouse in Monterey this week and arrested him after realizing he had a $3-million arrest warrant.
Soledad Police were looking for Aguilera for his connection to a variety of sex crimes involving children.
Aguilera was in court for another case when spotted, but was transferred to Monterey County Jail after his hearing.
